Woooo I went to the physical therapist! she's the cutest girl ever and she's 13 weeks pregnant with twinners! (i really liked her) so we basically sat down and she asked when it hurt, where it hurt, what made it worse and things like that. she then had me lay on my side and she basically pushed around my back trying to figure out what made it hurt so she could trace it back and then she wiggled each one of my vertebrae and we found out (it's her best guess and we're going off of it) that:
I Have one of my vertebrae that is super tight which then periodically pinches a nerve in my back which hurts, and then it sends signals down along that nerve which actually causes my muscles to spasm hence the pain...
yeah icky huh! so she basically said the only thing we can do (because the reason it's drifting in the first place are because my ligaments aren't doing what they should and they let things move more than they should.) is i have to make sure i always have good posture, and she gave me a rubbery stretch thing to use to do some specific exercises.
In other news ;) Today is my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! I can't believe it's been a year already! I love drew so stinkin much! We're going away this weekend so that's going to be fun! it's also going to be my first mother's day as a mom so that's pretty darn awesome too.
This crazy kid won't stop moving and it's so psycho to watch my stomach move like that!
I'm weighing in at 116 most mornings! Pretty cool I think...
Well he's as LONG as an ear of corn. and they're still saying he weights "just over a pound" I know he weighs more than they say but i'm gonna just say what they say ha ha less work.
so there's not much change this week just more development of his tastebuds, also the little branches in his lungs are developing more and more getting ready to breathe in real air. There is one cool think about this week, he's offically over 50% likely to survive outside of my tummy but lets all pray that we don't have to put that to the test...
his sense of touch is developing even more and he's feeling with whatever he can get his hands on, which is usually his face, the chord, the walls of that little bubble he's in and probably himself.. it doesn't say that but... he is a boy. He may even be playing with his toes but he kicks so much that i doubt he can catch them :)
mmm i love this little munchkin :) And i love you guys :) thanks for caring it really does mean a lot. I mean really.. i've had this blog for what... 5 months now and i've had my family blog going for over a year. this baby blog beats the family blog by at least 300 views currently :)
love you all
