My April Fools

Today I decided that i wanted to do something and since i have no imagination and all drew actually cares about is basketball....

I texted him and told him all about the news story that just came out about how 4 of Butler's top players were in a car accident and due to some broken bones couldn't play in the final four, and therefore butler was going to forfeit instead of getting their freshman slammed into the ground.

I thought it was so lame sounding but it was worth a try, especially because he was on the 6th row watching butler (the number 5 seed) upset Syracuse (the number one seed) and then 2 days later he was there to witness them upset Kansas State (the number 2 seed).

Little did i know RIGHT before i sent the April Fools text telling him i'm sorry it was so lame this year... He sent out a mass text to a million people relaying this story!

That made me smile and feel a bit successful :) just thought i'd share.
