I feel like right now life is sooo not worth blogging about because little porter has been sooo sick. My life has basically been made up of taking his temperature, giving him his medicine when i'm supposed to, feeding him, putting him down for naps too often because I can't take the crying much longer, and trying to soothe him a hundred times in the middle of the night when he wakes up screaming. It's been a hectic few weeks just doing the same old thing. Also Like I've mentioned in past posts.. we don't have a camera so I won't really have any pictures. I have my phone which has been good for a few pictures but it takes too long to take the picture so porter is almost always blurry so it's not very good for that.
One thing that DID happen was i finally cut my hair and I have managed to "do" my hair every day since the cut. I have before and after pictures and I realized that in comparison the short hair actually makes my face look skinnier. so that's awesome.
and may I mention that little boy looks adorable in this picture. he doesn't smile much since he got sick so this is a SUPER rare picture since he's still and smiling.
Also, I decided that I hate living so far away from my friends. there are 3 that I have a goal to go visit when I visit salt lake next... Elyse, Kylee and Bonnie.
Bonnie is so prego and it's the cutest thing ever. Ky, i haven't seen since geeze her sealing in may of last year. and elyse? I'm ashamed to admit it's been since my wedding in may of '09. I'm a horrible friend and the saddest part is that I really really care about the people I haven't seen in ages. I care about all of you too, but they are my goal for next time. after that... we'll see who's next.
