my mama and Grandmama (judy) came up and saw me today!! yey! it's been since like... flipping forever since I've seen them and more importantly since they saw porter boy. He was sleeping when they arrived all in a huff since they have yet to come up and visit without getting lost on the way here. I decided hmmm porter should be waking up soon anyway and they're only here for a little bit.
so I woke him up. He was SNUGGLY and bashful! seriously? those are NOT words I would use to describe my tiny human. after a little warming up to the suuuuper excited people he was his normal crazy godzilla self. they even were able to see him be naughty! which is a fun treat since he only does it for mommy and daddy. I tried to show them this hilarious thing he likes to do but he chose today not to do it...
You put a sweater/jacket over his naked chest. zip it up for a minute. then unzip it so he looks like aladdin with long sleeves. He then proceeds to grab the opening and quickly throws it over his shoulders so he's doing that sexy pose... you know what I mean. and then he eventually either gets it back on his shoulders or lets it fall off completely... which makes him look a little white trash (as if the longsleeved aladdin wasn't white trash) when he's wearing jeans and no shirt. I said yesterday that I should find a baby sized wifebeater. bahahah hilarious.
they totally have them online.. if I order one does that officially make me a hillbilly? oh dear. What has living in the country done to me?
My drewface went traipsing off in the wilderness this morning at 5 in the morning to shoot things. He was hoping for ducks/geese. (I want him to get things because he's convinced he is bad luck and he's sad he never gets anything but honestly... I don't want a dead animal in my house... besides the one I already have on my bookshelf which I don't really even like but hey... his first dead bird is a big thing I guess....) They ended up walking for ages following a fence only to find that there was a car there :
Preston- "someone's already here see their car?"
Drew- "preston, that's YOUR car!"
seriously it was like straight out of the movies. they somehow got lost in the "so thick you could cut it with a knife" fog and went in circles for 3 hours until they laid down in the snow and rested before coming home.
he then only played video games for like 2 hours which is like nothing!! wooo!
Tomorrow we buy ingredients for 2 pies, 2 pre made pumpkin pies, and 3 salads. we're so stoked on cooking.
IN FACT! that reminds me! we have decided to start taking cooking classes! They offer some at the local grocery store!

oh. also my mom's friend has this high tech lazer that shoots energy into your cells and makes them think they need to heal. It makes sense if I spent the time to tell you.... but anywhoo I have huge back problems since.. you know... pregnancy. remember when this happened like 3 times?? she shot it at my back and I won't lie, it feels kinda nice. not perfect or anything.. but nice. mmmmm. lazers.
